Lullaby of the Surf

Leave me alone to be rocked in peace
By the lullaby of the surf;
To shut out the world and all cares release
To the lullaby of the surf.
To pulse with its rhythm,
Get lost in its foam,
Laugh with its sparkle,
And find my true home,
To rest at its side, feel depth and power
In the lullaby of the surf.
To know myself loved in Life’s darkest hour,
Through the lullaby of the surf.
