and popular Flora resident, died quietly in his sleep early this morning, at
his home on East Second street. Death was caused by a coronary attack, believed
to have been induced by a cold.
"Mr, Wineland was the city of Flora's police magistrate, a post he had held more
than 16 years, and had worked as usual yesterday, in his office at the city hall.
"Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 11 from First Christian
Church, with the minister, Roy C. Blackmore, officiating. Interment will follow
in Elmwood cemetery....".

killed by Delaware and Shawnee Indians. Some of the children were taken captive
but only Joseph, Sr. survived. Abraham Studebaker, son of peter, emigrated to
Ohio in 1793.
